I live near the sea in Essex, regually have fish and chips...but I would say this is the best fish cake, fish and a chips I've ever eaten and very reasonably priced.

As newbies to the area and after reading Google reviews, we decided to try Skellow Fish Bar tonight. I changed my mind twice whilst being served and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was first class, thank you. Add to this the fact that customers were queuing out of the door, I can safely say we have found a fab, local chippy and will definitely be back. Treat yourselves you won't be disappointed! 5****

By far one of the best chippies around the area! Love it :) I always get chips (large) which are very large! Beans and chip shop curry (the curry is beaut) with a large battered sausage :) and it's always perfect :) the price? Cheap as chips!
